After a few months of preperation we have finished some great website updates! We now feature several great new features for discharge planners and families searching for specific types of care.
The next RCPN member only meeting is January 15, 2015 from 10:30am - 12:00pm at Care Providers of Minnesota in Bloomington, MN. We look forward to seeing members there!
